On Friday nights we offer a women-only environment in our gym, stadium and pools.
Gym and Pools
Our women-only session provides a space where women can feel comfortable and enjoy the benefits of physical activity.
It also provides an opportunity to meet and bond with other local women through exercise.
- Time: Friday night from 8:00pm to 9:00pm.
- Cost: standard entry prices apply.
- Includes: access to our gym and swimming pools.
This session is open to everyone who identifies as a woman. We have female lifeguards and gym instructors on duty during this sessions.

Please note our swimming pools close 15 minutes to the centres closure.
Friday nights from 7:00pm to 8:45pm, women aged 15 years and older can participate in a basketball program run by IMAAP in collaboration with Reclink. This program is free and open to all women.
