How to book personal training
You can now book and pay for a personal training session online.
You will need an online customer portal account to book your session. If you are a member, you will already have an account. Please see our guides for information on logging in or creating an account.

Booking conditions
Bookings open one week prior to the class start time (to the minute).
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made no later than 24 hours before the booking will result in a product return being added to your online customer account.
If a cancellation or change in session time is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, please note that the session will be forfeited.
Cancellations for medical reasons must present a medical certificate up to a week after your booked sessions to receive a product return to your account.
