Our 'Mums and Bubs' program starts from Monday 1 June
Welcome to a supportive space designed for new mums to reconnect with their bodies, build strength, and enjoy movement whilst keeping their little ones close and safe.
Our 'Mums & Bubs' program combines: fitness; wellbeing; and social connection – helping you ease back into exercise in a safe and enjoyable way.
Who's it for?
Mums with babies aged 0-12 months.
Purpose
Focus on fitness (recovery and strength); wellbeing; and social connection.
Schedule
We run three sessions per week:
- Mondays 10:45am-11:30am: Mums & Bubs Aqua Play & Sensory (45 minutes)
- Wednesdays 10:30am-11:15am: Mums & Bubs Pilates (45 minutes)
- Fridays 10:30am-11:15am: Mums & Bubs Strength Class (45 minutes)

Enjoy a $2.00 coffee after each class, giving you the perfect opportunity to relax, connect with other mums, and build your community.

Mums & Bubs Aqua Play & Sensory
Mondays 10:45am-11:30 (45 minutes)
Our aqua sensory play sessions are held in our dedicated shallow water indoor pool space and provide a calm environment where babies can explore, connect and enjoy ‘tummy time’ in the shallow water. You'll have access to sensory equipment where everything your baby or toddler sees, hears and touches will contribute to a unique and enhanced sensory experience. Aqua sensory play introduces your baby to the water early.
Benefits of starting aqua sensory play early
- Reduced risk of drowning: sessions teach vital survival skills and floating to help your child stay safer in the water
- Supported child development: learning to swim early helps children get ahead in reading, maths and language
- Hit milestones faster: sessions build core strength and coordination to support your child with crawling and walking
- Bond with your baby: aqua sensory play provides skin-to-skin bonding time that builds trust and confidence
- Improved sleep and appetite: physical activity helps babies eat better and enjoy deeper, longer naps
Mums & Bubs Pilates
Wednesdays 10:30am-11:15am (45 minutes)
Pilates is a low-impact, mind-body workout that emphasizes strength, mobility, posture, core stability, and body awareness. Through controlled movements, breathing techniques, and proper alignment, Pilates improves overall physical and mental wellbeing. This adaptable workout supports a wide range of goals, ages, and fitness levels, and is scientifically proven to aid injury prevention and rehabilitation. A full-body session that leaves you feeling strong, balanced, and calm.
Mums and Bubs Strength Class
Fridays 10:30am-11:15am (45 minutes)
Designed to build strength, increase endurance, and improve overall fitness. Use weights, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises with modifications and progressions provided for all fitness levels. Leave feeling stronger and more energised with a full body workout. All exercises include modifications and progressions, making the class suitable for every stage of your fitness journey.

Safety and participation guidelines
To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone the following safety and participation guidelines apply to our sessions:
Dry sessions:- Babies must remain in a secure and safe space at all times (e.g. prams or capsules)
- The training area will be kept closed and controlled during sessions
- If your baby needs feeding, changing, or settling, please do so in a designated safe space, away from equipment
- No babies on the workout floor during class
- Always keep your baby within sight and supervised
- If you have any medical conditions we advise you to get advice from your health allied prior to doing any activities
Water sessions:
- Babies must remain within arm’s reach at all times
- Babies must be wearing aqua nappies or swimwear that is tight around the legs
- If your baby needs feeding, changing, or settling, please do so in a safe space away from equipment
- Ensure you have warm clothes and dry towels for your baby after the class
- Feel free to bring a favourite bath toy to the session to help your baby feel comfortable, in what may their first water experience
