Philosophy
I believe that consistency is key and getting results in the gym isn't all about the number on the weights you're lifting. I'm a big advocate of using lighter weights and or bodyweight exercises and slowing down the movements and having a big emphasis on the stretch and squeeze of the movement. I also believe that showing up everyday is a form of progression, whether you're in the gym for 30 mins or two hours you've still shown up and gotten after it!
